David DiMella

A skilled 4-stroke engine mechanic, David DiMella enrolled in an aerospace engineering program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2019 with an expected graduation date of 2024. His studies at the university focus on aeronautics. During his time at the university, he has worked as an aircraft manufacturing intern with Sonex Aerospace in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He gained a diversity of experience working on engine parts and other components for experimental aircraft while programming and operating multiple axis mill tables. His internship also included work on the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) One Week Wonder project. David DiMella is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, as well as the EAA.
